My wife and I watch it! Addiction is correct. I am reminded of the Twin Peaks phenomenon.

I'm an addict as well, I've been following the series since the beginning. Since I live in Switzerland, I have to download the episodes so I'm up to speed. TV's still showing the second season as far as I know. I've gotten a friend hooked as well and now we get together every other week to watch two episodes in a row.
I can really recommend
LOSTCasts , it's a podcast that
"reads the forums so you don't have to" . So you get all the theories and easter eggs without having to trawl the forums for hours on end.

I am proud to say that I do not watch lost, and this is the reason I am better than every one of you.

Just wait until the last episode. If you haven't heard/read anything about what happens the last few minutes, will likely make you go WTH!!!

I like it, and my wife is absolutely nuts for it. She is currently trying to pacify herself with Hero's till the next lost season starts.
