i'm going to germany and france in 2 days with a group of about 10 people for work, and i know there are going to be a lot of dinners and eating out and that kind of thing.

eating in a 5 hr window is either going to make me look weird or it just wont work at all.

any advice?

Just try to eat healthy as best you can, lean meat and vegetables, and try to workout when you get a chance since you do not need any equipment.

i dont think i will be able to find a pullup spot. any reccommendations on what to do instead of them?

Those are great you can do them on hard wood with socks on your hands or on carpet with waxed magazine pages, looks silly but works!

Start on your knees feet may be to hard and really contract you abs

im back and i didn't really stick to it. disappointing on my part. oh well ill just start over again tomorrow.

In the long run all that matters is that you are still working out in year from now missing a couple of weeks or even a month is not a big deal.

Nobody is judging you. Do the best you can. Sometimes circumstances conspire against us. Just pick things back up at a level you are comfortable with. Doing something is always better than doing nothing. Keep us informed of your progress.
