vacations

i'm going to germany and france in 2 days with a group of about 10 people for work, and i know there are going to be a lot of dinners and eating out and that kind of thing.

eating in a 5 hr window is either going to make me look weird or it just wont work at all.

any advice?

add a page where you put links to DIY pull up bars, rings, etc, along with maybe some other helpful things like the online stopwatch programs or other programs that may help you keep track of what you eat etc.

just an idea. if you already have it and i missed it then good job!

i asked #2 becuase i either heard or read somewhere that is is best to workout to an empty stomach, but i could be wrong.

also, where did you pick up those rings that you use, i saw them in another thread and they would be nice to have.
