Try this - http://www.activerelease.com/index.asp I have had a lot of relief from this. Mine is nerve related. Do your fingers tingle or go numb at all - if so, where? Also try nerve glide stretches and shoulder pass-throughs. See a Dr. I'm planning to. I had wondering if a chiropractor would help ...

Shoulder pain

Around Just 4th, I started having shoulder pain with my left shoulder. I figured I slept on it weird since I was sleeping on my left side most of the night. After a few weeks, I didn't notice it as much and began working out again. A couple of days later, I was getting sharp pains by moving my arm/s...

Here's the link with video: The Dumbbell Bear I don't think I can explain it any better than that or did you want my opinion of each exercise. The deadlift portion if fairly obvious and the easiest part for me since I do reps with 240 lbs. The power clean is a little unusual with dumbbells. It's no...

I would but Indiana is one of the few that doesn't hold a primary today. Both parties will be mostly decided before we get to vote.

True, but getting rings and then figuring out a way to hang them is more difficult than getting these.

Most likely, I'll just stick to using the floor. It's already there and it's free... :D

Re: Excellent, stand-alone portable pullup bar

BTW, for pushups, I'm a big fan of the Perfect Pushup, which has awesome reviews on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000KDM3BG/ Just wanted to share these two finds - I'm not associated with either in any way, other than as a satisfied customer. I wanted the Perfect Push-up for Chris...

Well got all excited about finally being able to work out again, and I go and get sick.. :x Back and leg aching, dizzy spells, possible fever... It wasn't fun. Today's better than yesterday though. Depending on how tomorrow goes I might try D2's workout Wed, but I'll also be at a conference so don't...

250 °F, I assume? Yes. Basically the lowest setting on your oven which is normally 200-250. Being a Good Eats fan, I always wanted to try Alton Brown's method for making jerky. He lays the meat strips on a cellulose heating/air filter and straps it to a box fan. Put the fan on high and let it run f...

$3 a day @ 8.2 % interests is around 1 million in 52.9 years! OK, Dave Ramsey... :D I was cutting back on my soda intake pretty good last year (both because of wanting to be healthier and wanting to save what's left of me teeth). Kind of feel off it in the past few months, but I'm trying to limit i...

Ditto. Though I got to get an actual bar set up sometime. While using an I-beam (girder) is adequate, I can't really grip it that well.

Did D2 of Level 2 today, but I can't really compare it to when I first started. When I first started I did D2 as fast as I could, and now I try to do the movements slower.

Good news is that my hand hasn't bothered me one bit either Monday or today.

And I'm back. Hand's healed probably 90-100% I think, so started back with the workouts. I decided to start at Level 2 since I was sure I'd be a little out of shape. Ended up doing 32 rounds which is more than when I first started. Didn't lose too much I guess... :D
