L1D1 21 Rounds sub body rows X3
3 body rows was a lot tougher than 1. I had to move my rings up some to get through them all. Even so, the last one was pretty sloppy.

The crossfit folks use a Schwinn Airdyne indoor bike. I bet you can find a used one pretty easily. For outdoor cycling, my friend and I would cycle a 14 mile course, at speed. We stopped after every mile and did pushups, usually 10. Our best time was about 1:05. A 14 mile trail bike ride and 140 pus...

Starting over after a long break. L1D1 24 rounds sub body rows for pull ups. Took it easy as this was the first time in a long time for this. Not really sure how the body rows translate to pull ups. Mine were done at an angle to the floor <45 deg (I estimate). Anyway, looking forward to L1D2/ L1D2 0...

After a very long break, gaining 20 lbs while I was at it, I'm back to simplefit.

I've been eying this set, http://store.wfwclub.com/crweset.html
Am not quite ready to shell out the cash, but soon. Have you tried working out with kettlebells, yet? They are a deceptively simple yet very effective means of weight training.

Pull-up Progress
Can do one, dead on, dead hang pull-up. The second one is almost there; can't quite get my chin over the bar. Haven't tried for a third yet. I'm 48 years old, 35 pounds overweight, and have never done an un-assisted pull-up before I started simplefit. The results speak for themselves. I will be addi...
